1964 Chevrolet Impala Station Wagon
ID# 111363
I finally found a 64 Impala wagon with, the ORIGINAL 327 motor and the old power glide transmission. It had the original frames for the seats that had been recovered, original rear end, glass, dash, wheel, but, the paint was shot, the stainless was dull, well, just a car that needed restoration.

But I stripped the car down to bare metal, replaced all body bushings, it had one rust spot on the door so we cut it out and welded it back and that was the only rust spot on the whole car.

I replaced the brakes but I decided to keep the original drum brakes. They worked fine then and they are fine now. I, while stripping the car down, took the engine and had rebuild the ORIGINAL 327. It now has about 4000 miles on it.

I did replace the trans with a turbo 400. At the same time, I had Hooper rear ends, rebuild the original 323 rear end. Both have 4000 miles if that on them.

I did replace the stereo and did a bit of custom sound work. Speakers are in all four doors and hidden from view. Santos Upholstery, just re did the seats and door panels in blue and white. Awesome.

All glass is in perfect condition and yes, I did tint the glass to keep the interior from fading.
Rear window is electric and works wonderfully.
Tires are older but in perfect tread condition. Theyre good year A/T, with rally rims. Sooooo cool and acceptable.

If they do not pass there will be NO additional cleaning costs charged to you.

The above price includes NATA Approved Asbestos Testing on all West Coast vehicles. If they test positive for asbestos only in the brakes, there will be an A$400 fee for the removal, installation of new brake pads and reinspection. The A$400 fee does not include the cost for the new brake pads. If asbestos is found elsewhere we will consult with you what options you have to move forward.

We are working on a similar solution for the East Coast vehicles.
